Bergamote This beer is named after a friend's cat. Made with a blend of pale and wheat malt and hopped with First Gold and Fuggles, it is a good session bitter with an OG of 1042. It is elegant but full bodied with a bit of spice, much like the cat!

This is after only 10 days conditioning. Taste is good, i could have got less head by pouring slowly! Its cloudy and all like i expected! I have allready ordered more!

I used beer enhancer with this one , and the result was beyond expectation . The resulting lager was a clear golden colour with a superb flavour. Will brew this one again.
