down to my last few pints of farweltered bitter (8 pints) and the taste as subsided and it tastes like a blast of alcohol with slight hop taste this time with a slight weird tingle on your tongue. actually feels like i am drinking pure vodka!

how are your storing the beer ?

If its kegged, save a couple in bottles and then compare this with the last of the kegged beer if or when you get that taste again

it happens with most of my bottles beers its strange like the taste completly goes i wish someone knew why? my beers always taste best young and then goto what taste like pure alcohol?

my beer is 5 weeks old (6 weeks if you include warm conditioing) that seeems to be the weeks they all go titty's up! according to my notes this was my best brew day with everything goin exellent
