Part of the International Series. Canadian Blonde is light refreshing lager. Like all Coopers home brew kits, it's a high quality kit that is easy to brew.

Brewed this for my 30th birthday party and everyone loved it and left the cans of fosters and carlsberg alone, which I'd bought as a back up. All 45 bottles I made had gone in no time with people asking for more.
I used a standard brew enhancer and it kept a perfect head to the bottom of the glass with fine bubbles for a smooth finish after only 4 weeks in the bottle Written By: Alex Bradley (04 July 2010) very good, lovely and sweet, quite easy to make but added to much sugar so it was far to fizzy. verygood for first time brewers. Written By: Senan Wal (13 March 2010) Very nice. Made a light summer beer by adding only 100g dextrose and it turned out great, nice flavor, slightly bitter, but needed 8 weeks aging from the start date to smooth out. Will make again but with only 500g dry malt next time as 1KG dry malt would make it too sweet for my taste. Used a 16 day primary fermentation to 23L with kit yeast at 18C, bottled, and early on it seemed a bit rough, winey like before it smoothed out. Side by side taste test compared to the Coopers Mexican Cerveza kit: this Blonde kit has more flavor and is slightly more bitter. The Corona drinking gals really liked the easy drinking, weaker tasting, almost no bitterness Cerveza kit but they also do not usually like the taste of beer. Written By: Mike Smith (18 January 2010) Great lager, highly recomended, this is better than any industrial stuff. Written By: Kenny Allison (10 October 2008) Ah, the memories of being back in Canada.... Brewed this one with 50% Light Spray Malt and 50% Enhancer as well as the Safale US-05 yeast, left it in the fermenter for 10 days and then transfered to bottles for 4 weeks. The results turned out really good!!! Taste remided me a lot of drinking Molson Canadian back home, will have to do this one again soon. Written By: Michael Davison (26 November 2007)
