This kit comes with great instructions that are easy to follow for novices and pro's alike, it suggests using beer enhancer which I did after filtering my water as recommended, the resulting ale is very nice.Not quite as flavoursome as Muntons and Woodfordes summer kit's but that is reflected in it's price, yet, still a great summer ale with lager appearance and a smooth ,light and quite refreshing flavour. This one was not a favourite of mine, but many other people loved it. I brewed it and then kegged it, so I had a flat ale, it sat for four weeks before drinking. I would consider it again.Written By: Francis Newbatt (15 August 2009)
