[Read All Reviews] [Add Your Review] A good one this. used as a base for a more beefed up version which turned out excellent. good strong flavours, plenty of bitterness, supplied yeast excellent. wil definitely brew again Written By: Dj Keighley (22 August 2010) Made up with 1kg of Munton's Beer Kit Enhancer, up to 23L, and left to ferment for 10 days. Bottled 30/07 and primed with 4g white sugar per bottle. Is already a lovely beer, and will only improve with time! Highly recommended. Written By: James Hardacre (15 August 2010) For me this is the ideal IPA, which I use as a base to vary the ales I makea (sweeter, more malty, containing fruit, etc.). Never fails. Written By: Murray Earle (23 June 2010) Really good eays to brew IPA which seems to take no time at all to clear, 2 weeks in the keg and it already tastes great, I guess 3 weeks from now it wil be fantastic, shame I didn't spot this little gem before I went AG. Still never mind I had the forsight to order two cans, great summer drink and not too dissimilar to a Greene King IPA. Written By: Tom Taylor (14 June 2010) I have brewed most of the Coopers range, but wow ! This is without doubt the best of the crop. Leave it for about 6 weeks in the bottle and the result will be a pub quality beer. But be warned, you have to have a palate for a bitter taste , if you haven't, this is not for you.
